PLANET’s newly-launched Renewable Energy Industrial 802.3at PoE Managed Ethernet Switch, BSP-360 is designed for deploying and remotely monitoring and managing surveillance or wireless networks and IP-based devices. The BSP-360 will allow for battery power and can be charged via renewable energy sources such as solar, wind and hydroelectric power. In turn, it can power remote IP cameras and wireless APs used for expansive applications such as dams, forests, deserts, national parks and along national roads between cities, towns and villages.

The BSP-360 Renewable Energy Managed Ethernet Switch provides Plug-and-Play instant Internet services and can be deployed anywhere even if there is no direct AC electricity. The Managed Ethernet Switch can check the current energy consumption and battery status. The expanded home-use feature on the Managed Ethernet Switch helps SOHO users create an integrated network. It integrates IEEE 802.3at PoE technology. Wireless AP and PoE IP camera devices work perfectly with the BSP-360, which injects power through the Ethernet cables, thus helping SOHO/home users build a cost-effective and reliable PoE networking environment.
