On your dealer application, you may request special payment terms. Your details will then be submitted to an accredited third party insurance company.
They will issue a cover which will determine the payment terms between your company and Eurobyte Technology.

You are also welcome to visit our premises in either Johannesburg or Cape Town and speak to us in person. There's always a friendly sales representative available to assess your needs and help you as best we can.
We offer a free delivery service to our valued customers that are located within the Gauteng and Western Cape regions. If you would like to find out whether your order qualifies for free delivery, please contact your sales representative.
Through our two branches located in Gauteng and the Western Cape, we are able to offer nationwide delivery of our products using approved courier services. If you are not within these areas and would like us to arrange delivery for you, please liaise with your sales rep for a quote as delivery fees vary depending on weight, dimensions of the products and location it will be delivered.

All products purchased through Eurobyte are covered by manufacturer’s warranty, these are the standard warranties provided by Eurobyte Technology. Our warranties are valid only to Eurobyte authorized dealers and distributors.
Unless otherwise specified, Eurobyte's warranty is a "Carry-in Warranty" whereby it would be the responsibility of the person or company that purchased good from Eurobyte to have them sent in to us. All goods sent in to Eurobyte on warranty claim will be thoroughly tested by our in-house technicians to verify the fault of the problem, and of course provide a quick solution.
Products purchased from Eurobyte have a 12 month warranty from date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
